All functions require that a catering request be submitted on CaterTrax at least 24 business hours prior to the function. This is to ensure that we have the adequate amount of food and staff available to make your event a success. You will receive a copy of your request as confirmation of your order.
Although we request 24 business hours notice, we do recognize that there are some instances in which this is not possible. We will be happy to accommodate your requests on short notice and fulfill your needs as best as possible. However, based on the lead time you provide, we can only provide you with the menu selections available at that time.
Delivery and Set-up are provided by our catering employees during business hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday).
Prices in the catering brochure and CaterTrax online catering system may change due to product availability and market increases. Any changes will be reviewed with customers at the time of order placement and alternative menu options will be provided.
We assure you that no matter what the timeframe for planning your event - whether months in advance or just one hour before - we will provide you with only the highest quality products and the most courteous service.
